The name of Armando Monteblondo’s book Flip And Grow Rich is an ingenious twist on Napoleon Hill’s well-known motivational personal improvement and self-help bestseller . Mr. Monteblondo’s book relates to the terminology in real estate called flipping. Simply put, you purchase a property, refurbish it and sell it for a profit. There are many similar publications on the market nowadays. Lets see what sets this one apart from all the rest shall we.

The cost of Flip and Grow Rich is a nominal $ 9.95. In it you’ll find some helpful information, cautions and tips for first time flippers. There is by design a cleverly written ambiguity about the book. The purpose for this is actually that it is the front end to a high priced back-end training course. This means that soon after you purchase this book(Front end) either over the telephone or on the internet, you’ll be contacted by talented sales people attempting to persuade you to fork over up to 10 grand (back end) for individual training to truly make your Flipping experience go through the roof.

I have not purchased Flip and Grow Rich although I have researched many that have. To be honest many have had less than positive experiences with the sales tactics. There are on the other hand some that found the coaching positively beneficial and looked at the investment as a sound one.

If you’re the sort of individual that feels a personal mentor would help you get the very most out of this book and the house-flipping concept, have at it. If you are not, there are other books on the subject that may help you in your property flipping efforts.

Here are a few other books on flipping.
“How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses” for Profit by Rick Villani and Clay Davis
“Flipping Houses For Dummies” by Ralph R. Roberts
“The Answer Book” by Denise Evans
This is just three of countless books on the matter. Merely to locate many more.

My purpose in completing this review on Armando Monteblondo’s Flip And Grow Rich was to let you recognize that if you are interested in reading about real estate flipping, you have choices.

I encourage you to do your due diligence. If the books leave you still rubbing your head questioning how to really make the flipping game work, then the extension of a personal trainer may be the solution for you.
